1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one Account on 777ad7. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from betting or casino activity on duplicate accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. 777ad7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 777ad7 requires completion of KYC verification. You must provide a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Pakistani CNIC or Passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being withheld pending verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

777ad7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 777ad7 reserves the right to return deposits where the source payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where applicable.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 777ad7 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules available within the sports betting section of the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the 777ad7 system and reflected in your bet history. Displaying an odds price does not constitute acceptance of a bet.
• All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 777ad7 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. Network latency or data feed interruptions may result in bets being voided if the event outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

• Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time of placement will be voided.
• Cricket markets including PSL, bilateral series, and international tournaments are governed by standard cricket betting settlement rules as published in the Sport Rules section.

7 Casino Games

Casino games available on 777ad7, including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and fishing arcade titles, are provided by licensed third-party game developers. The outcomes of all slot and RNG-based games are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems of the respective providers. 777ad7 does not alter game outcomes.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes monitored by camera in professional studios operated by the respective providers. 777ad7 does not control live dealer outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ad7 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes or exploit arbitrage opportunities outside normal market conditions.

• Circumventing self-exclusion by registering a new Account following a self-exclusion request.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ad7 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game titles, user interface designs, and audiovisual material, is the property of 777ad7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777ad7 Platform without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad7 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, or system interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by a User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

777ad7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is identified.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to 777ad7's satisfaction.
• A regulatory or legal requirement compels Account closure.
• The User requests Account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, 777ad7 may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately owed, they will be returned to the User's verified payment method following resolution.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ad7 operates. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, withdrawal, or Account matter, Users must contact 777ad7 support in the first instance via live chat. 777ad7 will acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of 777ad7 on matters within its sole discretion as set out in these Terms shall be final.

15 Amendments to Terms

777ad7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by notice on the Platform or via Account email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
